Automatically Set WC to Make Drawing Param = Model Param

I want Windchill to set a drawing parameter equal to the model parameter used
in the drawing. As example, when a drawing is checked in I want WC to modify a
drawing parameter (BOM_DESCRIPTION) = main model in the drawing parameter
(BOM_DESCRIPTION).
