CAD Worker Connectivity Error

All,
I am trying to start my CAD Worker but in the monitor_X log file I am receiving the following error:

Monitor Log (monitor_x.log)
[2009-11-17 11:13:43] workermonitor - Version : 12.1.30.12 - M030 i486_nt
[2009-11-17 11:13:43] Logging level set to 0x01.
[2009-11-17 11:13:43] Connecting to server "grrwcwc01d01.steelcase.net" on port 5600
[2009-11-17 11:13:44] Connection established
[2009-11-17 11:13:44] Got version 8 INIT FAILURE (with no description) from WVS.
[2009-11-17 11:13:44] Monitor Shutting down.

The WC server is HPUX 11iv1 and the CAD Worker machine is Windows Server 2008 SP2 x64. I can successfully telnet from the CAD Worker to the Unix machine on port 5600. WC is able to send the startup command to the CAD Worker on port 601 successfully. I have an IIS FTP site setup on the CAD Worker on port 21 that can be reached by the Unix server. I have a call in to PTC on this but they can't figure it out yet.

Patrick,

What happens when you run the configure script (proe2pv_config.exe) and hit the test button? Does that connect? The other thing you might do is run through the CAD Worker side commands by hand - there is a decent explanation on how to do that in the

ProductView® Adapters Installation and Configuration Guide

But I am not sure you are even to that point yet, but I think it is what I would do to try and gather some more data.
