There are a lot of thing possibilities for CAD Workers to fail automatically. Kindly provide the details more.
Point 1: NT or Cluster Configuration.
Point 2: Creo or Third Party Software's
Point 3: Enable the Allow list in WIndchill.

First off welcome. Know that this is a community of users, not tech support. If you want a call directly, I would try that route. If you are getting an immediate failure, its likely that you have a firewall port block, worker daemon service is off or the command is wrong. Please explain your configuration, where you workers are located, OS, and possibly look for logs or a failure.
