We are now getting lots of these emails since I figured out how to enable emails. No clue yet how to adjust cache settings appropriately but seems like study in this area is next on the list (but meanwhile the system is very fast).
Looks like you have a RemoteObjectIdCache set to 100, I would try 1000 and see if this improves things. Otherwise you can enable summary intervals for this cache to monitor it more closely.
