Can I upload file with POST "First Stage Content upload" method from my server to Workspace on Windchill?

I found list of Windchill REST Endpoints on my server here: http://myserver.com/Windchill/netmarkets/jsp/restapi/index.html

There is POST method "First Stage Content upload". Model and parameters are discribed on picture bellow:

Can I with this POST method upload file from my server to Workspace on Windchill server?

If yes, what parameters I must specify in request?
