Hi..
I have a serious problem!
We have an assembly with a large family table attached. I have made several check outs and check ins over the past months.
Yesterday i made some changes to relations in both assembly and components.
Now when I try to check in a get following error after successful upload: The target is not owned by you: it can not be built locally
What is happening?
And how can I solve this?
Preben, We have run across this occassionally. Although we haven't determined the exact cause we have found a workaround. The Check In is trying to build the WTPart. You can troubleshoot for the specific WTPart by Checking In using a "bottom up" approach with the assembly. Check In the Parts first then work up to the assembly. When you find the suspect object that won't check in then disassociate the WTPart from that CAD Doc. Check In the CAD Doc then re-associate the CAD Doc and WTPart and Check In both.
Regards, Jim
Thanks for the hint Jim.
I tried your aproach but it wasn't related to the WTPart.
The trick to solve this was really simple.
I could see that PDMLink uploaded the files successfully, so I opened PDMlink in a browser and checked in from there. Worked perfectly!!
It must be something with the browser in WF5 (M110).
I managed to save and check in all my files and that's what counts:)
