Can't sort table columns in WGM browser

On multiple clients, I cannot sort the table columns in the workspace browser (ProE and SW/ACAD WGM) using IE8 or 9 and WC10.1 M020. If I switch the ProE embedded browser to a Mozilla based browser, the table columns will sort. Is there an IE setting to make this work? PTC has not provided a solution.
