I sent an inquiry 4 hours ago regarding the inability to delete parts / assemblies within WindChill. So far, NO RESPONSE from anyone including NO RESPONSE from anybody at PTC. You are worthless and so is your crappy program.

I tried to download a manual, but these are of NO USE to us. They do not have enough clear, specific information regarding the problems we're experiencing.
Either our version of WindChill is corrupt or it was set up incorrectly for our company.
I recommend logging a case, http://www.ptc.com/support/windchill.htm, in our Support Center to get this resolved. If it's specific to your instance, I doubt another member of the community will be able to assist.
