Can you modify and add a criteria for fetch the latest manufacture view objects for child parts?

Hi

I created a query builder for Latest BOM with first level child parts. In that the WTParts where the view was converted from Design view to Manufacture view which are not fetching in the reports( For example: WTPart which are in Revision C.1 (XYZ C.1(Design)) Design view and that object changed to Manufacture view at Revision B.3(XYZ B.3(Manufacture)) these kinds of objects are not fetching in reports.) so that in the above code can you modify and add a criteria for fetch the latest manufacture view objects for child parts?
