I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020 CPS30
While running the Windu.bat script, we are facing a potential error related to the 'CheckNumberOfClassicPlansInDatabase' function. We tried resolving the issue using WinRu, but we were unable to fix it. Could you help us in resolving this error.
Here are the errors that I faced
Log Massage: Total classic plan exists in the database = 29.
Total completed classic plan exists in the database = 4.
Support for classic plans is dropped from Windchill 12.0.0.0. To continue using classic plans in upgraded Windchill, PTC recommends that you convert the plans to Enhanced Project Plan (EPP). All classic plan data is filtered out and unavailable in the upgraded Windchill. Use the 'Convert To EPP' action on Details page of Project or Program or use the bulk converter tool to convert Completed and Cancelled plans in bulk.
You can run the following tasks that are available 12.0.0.0 onward to check and delete data that reference classic plan objects.
· WinDU task - Prepare Report of Objects Referencing Classic Plan Data
· WinRU task - Delete Objects Referencing Classic Plan Data
PTC recommends you execute the WinDU and WinRU tasks before using Windchill ProjectLink in the upgraded application.
