We've been dealing with PTC on an issue we have related to collaboration teams. I got the following from PTC today.
"I find that there is very limited knowledge or documentation on collaboration teams and that whole concept, so forgive me the extra time it took.
First, reverting backward from the team modifications at an object level is not possible. It turns out there is no history logging of those changes so no rollback is possible."
Great! Since PTC doesn't have much in the way of documentation on this I thought it wise to ask:
* Anyone out there have a good understanding of this?
* Have you documented how it works?
* Do you know any workaround to remove team modifications at the object level?
Anyone have any experience with these two properties?
* wt.inf.team.useScheduledRefreshGroups=true (default is false)
* wt.inf.team.useScheduledRecompute=true (default is false)
These are supposed to fix our access issues on the affected files.
We would like to know what to watch out for if we put them in place.
