Confiuration Assistant for WC10

I installed my target WC10m040 for a test upgrade from 9.1m060 and the Server Manager lits a line saying that the WCA has not been run. When I look at PTC.com under WC10, there is no Configuration Assistant, only System Monitor and Client Inspector. If there is no WCA for 10, why does the software report that I did not run it?

Ben, I'm pretty sure it's a manual step until 10.1 where the PSI does run
it by default/automatically and boy oh boy be prepared for it to take some
big guesses.had it allocate heap on 40 gig of RAM and start 4 FGMS and 1
BGMS before our team toned it down to install two instances of Windchill.

The Windchill Configuration Assistant runs at Install time starting in Windchill 10.0, but it is only executed if you load the base data. The ability to run the WCA post installation is possible and in fact recommended whenever there are major changes to the server or number of objects/users/groups in the system to ensure memory and cache allocations are appropriately set; you have the opportunity to review the recommendations and alter them if necessary prior to propagating the settings into your environment.
