Creo View not launching when clicking published viewable in Windchill, any suggestions?

I have Creo View 2.0 installed, I am trying to see the CAD published viewables within Creo View.  But firefox and IE will not launch Creo View.

Any suggestions to try? 

Per below in Firefox, the CAD part has been published and can see it within Windchill, but when clicking the viewable, just a white screen.  Then when clicking Creo View icon, it launches a white screen as well.

Per below in IE, the same CAD part per above,  but when clicking the viewable, just a black screen.  Then when clicking Creo View icon, it launches a black screen as well.

I have seen this issue before, it was with visuall C ++. Try installing visual from Creo View Installer /i486_nt_productview\prereqs\vcredist_x64
