Current Active Users "too high"

Using Pro/Intralink 9.1

The Server Status (Site Utilities) shows too many Current Active Users. Is there any way to get a list of who those Current Active Users are?

From a Windchill shell,

java wt.util.jmx.SMJconsole

This will launch jconsole connected to the (default) server manager.
You can then click the Monitors tab, then com.ptc -> Monitors ->
ActiveUsers -> Attributes in the tree in the left panel. The
TotalActiveUsers attribute should list the active users.

My tab is called MBeans instead of Monitors. Otherwise it worked.

Now for the bonus question - why is it double-counting every user? Each
user is listed twice - each one has different capitalization.

Interesting. I'm not sure why. I'm bcc'ing some folk who might as this
should be addressed.

I'm using 9.1 M030, which is using WindchillDS instead of Aphelion.
