Custom Role and Custom Lifecycle

Hi All,

Can you please answer the below questions in Lifecycle and Roles

1.)  I had created a custom role and a custom life cycle using enumcustomize. Without using enumcustomize can we create a new lifecycle or role in any other way? Can you please let me know ?

2.)  I had created a new role using enumcustomize and I had added it to the PRODUCT -> TEAM -> ROLES. However whenever I tried creating a new Advanced Lifecycle in Lifecycle template administration and then when I navigate to ROLES Tab I am not able to find the new role that I created there. So can you please let me know about it once like how to get the new role there ?

Just to be sure, did you use the enumcustomize tool to make the new roles WHILE THE PDM SERVER WAS OFFLINE, then did you run ant -f MakeJar.xml from the shell, and then restart the PDM server?
