Is it possible to set the default context for a Windchill search from within Creo to "All Products & Libraries" instead of "Current Product"?
This doesn't look to be possible out of the box, nor is it likely to be possible with customization. I'd suggest creating an Idea to have this looked into as a future enhancement.
This is a known issue for the global search
