Hi all, I'm experiencing some difficulties with the promotion request process. We're using Intralink v 8.0, and the users can't finish the promotion request process; a popup window informs that the user can't create a promotion request and should contact the administrator. I'm at the orgadmin level, and have tried to change some of the promotion notice keys in the policy administrator, without success. Any idea as to what may be causing the problem?
