Disabling OOTB Promotion Request Email Notifications?

The idea of disabling the email notifications from promotion requests has been floating around our users, and I've been trying to find out if it's possible, and if so, how to accomplish this. We're using Windchill 9.0. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! - CB

Hi Chris, The easiest way to do this would be to modify the workflows that are used for promotions. You can do this by logging in as an administrator and accessing the Workflow Administrator on the Utilities minor tab. Edit the "Promotion Request Approval Process" and "Promotion Request Review Process" workflow templates and remove or modify the notification robots as you see fit. Hopefully that helps.
