Documents - How to syncronise Version between Object and File Content

Windchill 9.1 M030


Our document files need to have a header/footer that includes the Version (both Revision and Iteration).


Is there a way of ensuring that they are always syncronised ?


I understand that the Desktop Integration does this, but are there any other ways to acheive the same goal?
