ESI Migration / Implementation

We are in the process of implementing ESI post migration of Intralink data. Ideally, we need to take information from our ERP system and push it into PDMLink to create the WT.Parts and all BoMs. This can be accomplished via the partloader application but you can't link created WT.Parts to objects (EPM.Docs or WT.Docs). We can use the PDMLink Part Creation Tool and while that will link them together, it won't let us create the WT.Parts based on ERP information.

Does anyone know a way to create the WT.Parts from ERP information and link those parts to a PDMLink object? Thanks in advance!

What we have done isran the part creation tool first, then created anew view version from the wtpart generated by part creation tool. Then built our erp specific part attributes and bills of materialupon the new view version of the part.

Itried to find a way to create the activelink as a migration activity, asking the same question you have, but never founda solutionbetter than the part creation tool.
