With the release of Eclipse Theia, I see an opportunity.
Windchill system administration seems to be done by Engineers more often than IT Professionals or Developers. I am a Developer and an IT Professional (professional background in network administration, system administration, etc... educational background in software development) and have been working my colleagues to establish a configuration-as-code devops practice and pipeline for Windchill.
One of the initial hurdles is the environment setup (install an ide, like vs code, clone the repo, do work...). When I saw Eclipse Theia was in development a couple years back, I was excited. I was thinking this could be part of PTC's dev environment setup.
My question to you all, has anyone actually set up Eclipse Theia on a Windchill install. Or in an Apache environment in general?
