Error while moving data to other contextbox.

Hello,

I want to move data from one contextbox to another in Windchill PDMLink 10.1.
While doing that Windchill is sometimes (related to files) generating an ERROR message
by the Event Manager:

You might try clearing your browser cache. We have found errors somewhat
like this one that are typically fixed by clearing the cache. It happens
enough that we made a coupld of job aids, attached, for each of our two
centrally supported browsers (IE 8 with Google Chrome Frame for XP, IE 9
without Google Chrome Frame for Win 7).



Even if that works, however, you should log a PTC ticket. They probably
have some additional information and/or an SPR logged for it.
