Expose a report for only one user

Is there a way to expose a report I created in the report manager to one person? I know there is the area that allows you to select which area the report is displayed. I.e.: Change, Home, Library, etc. It would be great if I could set a user or a group.

You could create the Report in a Product or Library that only that person has access to.

Another approach that we use is creating a Project if you have ProjectLink and then use folders and permissions for that folder put Links to the report in the folder. Not as elegant, but has worked.
