Forcing table scroll bars left in Win7

Good Morning all,

This is not a new topic but I didn't find an answer and I know its out there. I want all my tables to have thescroll bars shown on the left hand side.I'm running windows 7.

Thanks to Ray Drennen for pointing out where to find the preference settings.

In the users Preference Manager under Tables is 'Position Scrollbar on Left Side"

While rather obvious to all except us noob admins it will be welcome to my users who gripe about scrolling over to scroll down.

What matters is the version of Windchill.
In 9.1 M050 this is a preference you can set:
Home | Utilities | Preference Manager
search for scrollbar

I know there is a preference for this but I think its limited to
Workspaces.
