Getting Error during import (.xlsx) file in Windchill Quality Solutions

 

We have a problem with Windchill Quality Solutions 10 Prediction Tool. Ever since the upgrade to office 365 the import function will not work.

We are using .xlsx file and the same format which PTC provided. Getting attached error.

Please let us know what is wrong.

Rajib,

try to copy your .xlsx file to the local computer before importing.
