Getting download permission while open epd doc in creo

Hi,

while tring to open a EPM document in proe .. I am getting following error in event manger

" Download failed : NO PERMISSION to Download the CAD Document "

i am not getting the procedure to update Acl for this epm document. kindly share the procedure ..
