Is there a way to add criteria to the changes, change notice page table that would show overdue processes (maybe a filter)? We have people here that will click on the notification emails, but forget to complete tasks. Note, I have already setup deadlines and additional reminder emails. I do not want to auto complete or reassign, I would rather call them and FORCE them to complete their assigned task.
Please let me know if you have found a better way of handling this issue.
