One of my end users receives this error message when attempting to launch the Mechanica in ProE/Windchill. There are 4 floating licesnses available and the license server seems to be functioning as other users are able to use Mechanica. In the past the user has been able to use Mechanica without issue. Any thoughts would be great.

If you already installed Mechanica try the following:
1. Run ptcsetup.bat in <Pro/ENGINEER installation>\bin folder
2. Check "Additional license configurations" and "Configure Other Product Interoperability" in the "Optional Configuration Steps" window
3. Insert the full path for Mechanica installation folder in the window "Locate Other Installation Locations in Product Interoperability Configuration"
