How do I cancel scheduled backups of the Intralink3.4 data base?

We are running Intralink 3.4(M012) with Oracle 9.2.5. There is a backup that runs every night at 11:30PM and it causes a collision with some other process. Does anyone know how I can reconfigure this schedule so it will run some other time?

Although there are different ways to do this, the most common way for Intralink 3.4 is to startup pre and post backup batch scripts using sceduled tasks or at commands. Look at the sceduled tasks on the Intralink server. The pre and post backup scripts are usually stored somewhere in the ptc loadpoint on the server. Just rescedule the tasks to change the backup period.
