How do i create/remove graphical dynamic documents from models and drawings.

How do i create/remove graphical dynamic documents from models and drawings.

I have several assembly models with drawings that I am unable to retrieve due to missing PVZ file attachments. Below are the error messages I have been receiving. Is there anyway to recover these missing documents? If not, any ideas of how to open the drawings/models?

   Can not retrieve model 12380BR.

   'wtws://OPW PDMLink Windchill/MaxAir II/12380br.prt|v=C.2' cannot be retrieved.
