How long does upgrade manager take to run non-interactive

The upgrade manager finished in around 1/10 of the time it took in rehearsals and previous upgrades. No errors at the end but I can’t help but feel something huge must have been missed.

I don't think it is that fast, but it does seem to complete faster. One thing it does is the Method Servers do not stop and restart between stages, so that definitely cuts the time down. I ran interactive mode on my 12.1.2 to 13.0.2 upgrade and it did take longer than the 12.0.2 to 12.1.2 upgrade non-interactive the day before. This was just last week.

Sometimes the upgrade takes longer then you would expect.

Very important think is that you control if the process is not stacked 

For example the manager can wait for apache stop but it never finished till user's intention.
