How to automatically lock a parts library when adding to workspace

HI,

I'm new user/administrator of Windchill 10.2 and Creo 2.0. I need to lock every parts from library when they adding to workspace. I need to configure this for every user. I don't want lock other part during this step.

I suppose that I need to set some preferences in Organisation>Preference Management but I did'nt find the right one.

Could you help me?

What is your intent? If you're wanting to prevent Edit/Modification consider using Lifecycle States. User permissions to edit/modify can be set using the Access Policy Administration Utility (In Work = editable, Released = not editable for example). To manage the State of an Object you can use the manual Set State Action (OK), Promotion Request/Notice (Better) or Change Management (Best).
