How to generate Multi-Level BOM report with documents associated to each Part?

Hi All,

Am in need to generate an excel report of Multi-Level BOM report with documents associated to each Part throughout the BOM.

How do I do this?

Hello

If you're in windchill 10 , From the info page of the top part. In the structure sub tab (PSB)

-Expand all the structure, add attributes columns in the table view depending of your need

-select all the levels and with the button show/hide, select Doc and/or CADDocument

You should have the multilevel BOM with all associated docs

Select all the line and Then , Export button. You can export in csv, xls, html etc ...

Unfortunately, am at 9.1 M060. Am not sure how to pull up this report..

I don't remember in 9.1m060. but I think you're able to do this at the same place.

if not ... use cognos if you have it, to enahance the OOTB multilevel report and add "sub queries" to add Documents links ...
