How to make it possible to keep checked-out after revising on Windchill 9.1 ?

Hello all,

On Windchill 8.0, we can keep the document checked-out after creating a new revision, but it seems that we can't do so on Windchill 9.0 by default.

Does anyone know how to setup some perference or property files to make it possible to keep checked-out after creating a new revision on Windchill 9.1 M030?
