A customer reported that his security team did a scan of his Pro/Intralink server and found the Oracle Database needs patches for vulnerabilities. I am trying to get more data from the scan, such as CVE or anything helpful to further identify. The scan snippet had little helpful info.
I opened a case to ask where to find these patches. I presumed PTC would have them since they bundled the database. The rep told me I had to get them from Oracle. You cannot get anything from Oracle without a "Support Identifier", so I pushed back. While I wait for a response, I wanted to get any insight from the Community on this.
