How to skip or exclude versions from default versioning schemes in Windchill PDMLink?

Below steps does not work:

1. Edit wt.properties

          wt.series.MulticharacterSeries.MilSpec.skipList=CIOQSXZ2

      2. Restart Windchill

      3. Revise WTDocument does not skip C

below is the OIR file of WTDocument

Did you create a NEW document and then try to skip rev C?

The revision scheme is 'attached' to the document once it is created by the OIR. Changing the OIR will only work on new documents created after the change.

Hi , Between  the belwo steps , have you run an xconfmanager -p  , to propagate the changes to the site.xconf file ? 

1. Edit wt.properties

      2. Restart Windchill
