I have configured a reverse proxy correctly, but I can not access it with Windchill.

I have configured a reverse proxy correctly, but I can not access it with Windchill.

Hi i'm SeonHo

I think I have reached some level of access to the Windchill system by configuring a reverse proxy.
Because before that I used demo.pdm / Windchill to access Windchill.
To allow external access, I installed Apache http Server 2.2 on another PC and configured it by looking at https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS68466.

I am using the following command:

xconfmanager -s wt.server.codebase = "$ (wt.webserver.protocol): // <reverseProxyHostName>. <ReverseProxyDomainname>: $ (wt.webserver.port) / $ (wt.webapp.name) -t codebase / wt.properties -p

where <reverseProxyHostName>. <reverseProxyDomainname> is the name of the pc that made up Apache http server 2.2.
I have added
ProxyPass / Windchill http: //demo.pdm/Windchill
ProxyPassReverse / Windchill http: //demo.pdm/Windchill
to the httpd.conf of the reverse proxy http server.

Then test results show that accessing via external shared IP has access to train03 / Windchill
But this was also possible only within the same network.

Here is the question.
1. You attempted to configure a reverse proxy to allow external access, but it failed. What is the cause?
2. Why is not access to train03 / Windchill and only access to demo.pdm / Windchill?
3. After accessing demo.pdm / Windchill, the domain will be changed to train03 / Windchill.

 Thank you.
I need your help.
