Hi. I had a bad day.
I tried to build a mail server with Windchill.
i was Installed Oracle EM and also used xconfmanager
Then suddenly the computer was reboot!?
I could not stop Windchill and it just rebooted.
And then the restarted PC could not run the listener, so I finally re-installed Windchill.
The question.
The situation where the PC is forcibly terminated
Or suddenly shutdown when Windchill server and manager running (including PTC Directory server and Oracle listener)

Give me solution please on the problem that the listener can not be restarted

I do not know why,but I left many questions, but I did not get any answer.
Please help me 🙂

Hi

Windchill and Winchill related services can be configured as Windows services to automatically start Windchill when Windows start up. You may refer to this CS17799 for steps to configure Windchill as Windows services.

Thank you arshad.
My question is, that if my PC suddenly goes off and back on, Oracle's listener will not start, and pressing Start in service.msc indicates that it is already running.
This leads to the inability of Windchill to start.
Could I get a comment on the inability to start Windchill due to this sudden power cut?
