Ilink3.4 on Win7 - wont run

Any tricks to getting ilnk3.4 m050 to run on win7 32bit? It shows the
splash screen, then screen flashes black for a quick second, then
nothing.

Right click Computer/Properties/Advanced
Click settings under Performance
Click "Adjust for best performance"

Gets the old XP look and no "Aero" but should work.

In the "start" line of your proilinkrelease_3.4.bat file you need to add
an additional -Dsun.java2d.noddraw=true option to the javaw command.

We replaced the embedded JRE found in c:\ilink-loadpoint\i486_nt\jre with jre-1.5.0_22-b03 and this solved a couple of issues. We no longer have to set the compatibility setting and some security issues on non-English OS workstations were resolved.

We found that we were unable to set compatibility globally using an administrator account and it had to be done under the user account. Unfortunately, some of our users don't have admin rights.
