Thanks goes out to Ron Thellen who provided the instructions on how to
use the Standalone option (also recommended by Marc and Steve) to
install the bundled Oracle in a multi server environment.



If anyone is interested I'm sure Ron would not care if I provided a copy
of his instructions.
