Steve,
Check that at least one folder in External Storage Administrator/Vault
Confituration is not marked "Read Only" (e.g., column labeled Read Only has
a "-").
When you have disk space issues, Windchill will mark the folders read only,
so you have to manually change them back once you take care of the issue.
