I'm trying to write rules for generating custom part numbers. Following the example in the Business Admin guide (Numbering for Parts Owned by Multiple Organizations), I created this code:

This results in the error: wt.util.WTException:java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException If I don't use the VarDef and VarRef (e.g. generate numbers in other ways) I don't have this trouble. Any thoughts? I am completely new to Windchill, xml, etc. Thanks, Barb
