It looks like you need
public void executeReport( Report report, Map params, Integer
reportFormatType, OutputStreamProxy output )
throws WTException;
in com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.report.ReportService to be a supported API.
It currently is /not /-- quite probably because OutputStreamProxy is
also not a supported API.
