Java, Windows 7 (64 bit) error

Hello,

Last week my ground was unable to check-in, promote or set a revision and after a 2 hour webex session with PTC, it seems that the Java version or Win 7 machines are running is incompatible with our Windchill. WS 9.1 M050. JRE version 1.6.0_21. Has anyone else had Java issues with Wndchill? Is so, what did you guys do to fix it.

Mike,
You can run 1.6.0_23 or 1.6.0_18, both of which we have used on Windows 7 64 bit machines with 9.1 M050
