I get the following error message. However, I have not logged in incorrectly. What else could be the reason for this?
"The system is not available. There could be a server error or your credentials could be invalid or expired (for example, you may have entered the wrong password or your account may be locked). Contact your help desk or administrator for assistance."
I usually get that message when the server is down or has not completely started yet.
Have you contacted your company's administrator? It might be that your account isn't configured yet for Windchill access.
