Hi ,
We have lot of publish jobs which needs to be re published manually. I am looking for command line utilityfor executing "Publishing and Republishing" for executinga batch of jobs in a single command.
Regards
Manoj
What we have been able to do is reset the failed queue entries in the Windchill queues that process publishing requests. This will re-run the publish request by the original user and not create a new queue entry.
It's not a command line utillity but we used Publish Scheduler Administrator when we were in trouble with visualization agent in Windchill 9.1.
There you have a lot of preconfigured jobs e.g. PuglishAllPartsNoRepresentation.
I've entered case number 12507654 for this request. We keep all failed jobs in the publisher for one week(delete all failed jobs on Saturday night). I can resubmit all failed jobs with a certain "failure" criteria on Friday. There are two phrases I search the job logs for - "was stopped" and "shutting down". I can resend this with success almost all the time! However, I still have the use case where many unrelated cad objects from different contexts need lightweight images...in this case I want the command line prompt to send the list.
