Mail notification with attachments..

Hi All,

In ECR process for getting suggetion from outside people. Those who are not part of Windchill.

I would like to send them mail with attachments using their mail ID through Windchill.

Is there any option to achive this?

Hi Panneer,

At what point in the process would you like to send an attachment? I've not used the ECR process but it looks like there are a lot of notifications that could pop up based on the workflow. Are the outside people the same group of people each time (or are there a few different "group" possibilities)? If so, I would recommend trying to create a group (in the Principal Administrator) and then modifying the appropriate notification robot in the workflow.

Feel free to give more specifics if the above suggestions aren't helpful.
