Member Not Found error while saving inventor assembly having derived substitute model to windchill.

We are unable to save inventor assembly having derived substitute model to windchill.
While trying to save the inventor assembly to windchill it shows "Member Not Found" error in the windchill workgroup manager. The issue is reproducible in all inventor assemblies having derived substitute models.

How to fix this issue?
