Promote action stopped displaying in the list of actions for all objects. This is happening only for non admins. Those users have modify privileges for those objects. Admins can see the Promote action. ACLs were not changed intentionally. Is there any configuration/preference that might be causing this? Is there any other access privilege required other than modify access ? Any pointers are appreciated.
