Moving Folders

I needed to move a subfolder so I used the Actions to Cut and Paste the subfolder from one folder to another. The ACTION status reported successful but the subfolder still shows in the tree structure in the previous location but subfolder is no longer in the contents window of the original folder. In contrast, the subfolder does not show up in the tree structure of the new folder but it does show up in the contents windows of that folder.

How do I recover from this mess?

Did you try clearing cache of your browser?

Did not think of refreshing the browser. WindChill does not feel like a web page so it never occured to me. The structure is all correct now.
